Clevedon Farmhouse
Architect: MDS
2016 — 2018

The details in this home lie in the timber. From the panelling on the steep roof pitches, to the dormers and the round port hole windows, to the curved oak staircase – everything was painstakingly handcrafted in timber by our team.

What began as a renovation soon became a brief for a new build, after the full extent of the existing house’s problems were revealed. With plenty of input from a passionate, creative client, we were able to execute some magic with this modern farmhouse.

Big is really big here, with high studs and wide, generous spaces throughout.

Hard landscaping was also undertaken by our team, carefully operating around existing mature trees and preparing for what is now a beautiful, all-season garden.
