Henry Dunham founded HD Building in 2007 with a clear goal: deliver high-end, architecturally designed projects with care and precision.
With over 25 years of experience across Australia, the UK, and New Zealand, Henry has worked as a carpenter, contract manager, and company director.
He is an active member of the Registered Master Builders Federation and has served as a judge for the Master Builders ‘House of the Year Awards’.

Living onsite during the renovation, a lot of consideration was given to the smooth running of our daily lives. The build was challenging due to the nature of the design, but this only made HD Building rise up to the challenge. The end result is a beautiful home of high quality craftsmanship.
We engaged HD Building to renovate a rundown 500 sq metre office space into a small hotel with a limited time frame. A difficult brief. Included was the major renovation of an existing restaurant — a new kitchen, new layout, accommodation, a shop, a function room and a office.
Working tirelessly throughout the building process, they came up with innumerable solutions to unexpected problems. The workmanship of the team and suppliers was of a very high standard; they finished the project on time and on budget; and we are very happy with the end result
