Unnoticeable perfection. There are so many acute details in this award-winning new build project.

Vaulted ceilings, concealed blind boxes, and crisp negative to the walls, ceilings, and lighting all speak to a refined yet understated home. Yet what often goes unnoticed is the mastery beneath it all—the extensive use of in-situ poured concrete, meticulously formed and faceted to anchor the home with both strength and sculptural beauty.

Set on a dramatic, volcanic site overlooking a lake, the property is thoughtfully divided by a bold gesture of hard landscaping - two bespoke concrete pools that define the lower level. Above, the residence floats serenely, with light-filled, conservatory-style spaces that open to lush landscaping and private courtyards.Inside, the home balances luxury and restraint with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, multiple living zones, a dedicated home theatre, basement gym, and an artist’s loft. This is architecture and construction that celebrates material honesty, spatial generosity, and quiet sophistication.
